We are on the hunt for a stand-out Customer Engagement Guru to join Unleashed, working with a dynamic team that plays an integral role in keeping our customers happy. This is achieved through a mix of reactive support, on-boarding, account management and more, so there is never a dull day!

Some of the things you'll get to do:

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you will work closely with our high-value customers, managing relationships and providing valuable responsive technical and customer support. 

You will guide and manage customers in their software implementation and on-boarding and have the initiative to escalate issues where necessary. You will be a team player, with the commitment and drive to want to solve problems and consistently deliver the highest level of service.

We like to keep the whole world happy and therefore this role may require occasional shift work.

Our 'dream' candidate will have the following...

  • A 'can do' attitude and 'customer first' approach
  • Experience in software consulting, training, or implementation
  • Passion for technology
  • Knowledge of SAAS, cloud computing is a bonus
  • Experience in troubleshooting software
  • The ability to take ownership and use your initiative
  • Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Excellent communication, professionalism and customer interaction skills
  • Any experience in accounting, WMS or ERP systems
  • Presented technical demonstrations
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Degree in Information Systems or Business
  • Technical background, may have an understanding of API and integrations.
