Our global team has grown to over 100 employees with offices in Auckland, Bristol & Melbourne, each with some very exciting growth plans up ahead. 


Here in the UK, this exciting growth means that we need more great people to help ensure early ‘value realisation’ for all new customers adopting our solution into their business, and leading & supporting them through onboarding and implementation activities. This is a 12 month fixed-term role for someone who truly understands the importance of a great customer experience and is well practiced in consulting, software implementation or onboarding in a SaaS environment. You'll be a people person with personality plus and know how to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.

Our headquarters is in New Zealand, and we have a strong foothold in the UK market and rapid growth in other regions. With a joint customer and product excellence focus, we expect to maintain 50% year on year revenue growth, and need someone who can hit the ground running - ensuring we have done everything we can to exceed customer expectations throughout the early stages of their customer journey with Unleashed.
