Unleashed Software (that’s us) are celebrating 10 years in business. At it's core Unleashed offers real-time inventory control, enabling businesses to make better decisions for growth, increasing efficiency and profitability. We work hard and we've been fortunate enough to pick up some fabulous accolades over the years including Employer of the Year and Excellence in Customer Service Delivery at the Westpac Business Awards.
Our global team has grown to over 100 employees, located across Auckland (HQ), Bristol, Melbourne & Sydney and as we continue to focus on our Aussie counterparts & experience rapid growth, we have some exciting new roles for those ready for a new challenge in a progressive company, tasked with looking after our awesome customers.
For us to keep moving in the direction (and the speed) we want, we're going to need a people person with personality plus, who knows how to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders and who truly understands the importance of a great customer experience within in a SaaS environment. Working in one of our growing regional offices in the heart of Melbourne, you'll need to be a self starter, great communicator and able to work independently (whilst also being part of a great team).
Now we haven't told you that you need 'x' years of experience in providing phone/email support, that you'll know Zendesk or similar systems or have experience in managing expectations and troubleshooting software.
