Unleashed Software are on the cusp of celebrating 10 years in business. At it's core Unleashed offers real-time stock control, enabling businesses to make, manage and move products.  Our customer base is made up of breweries, coffee roasters, manufactures, wholesalers/distributers, food and beverage and industrial machinery product based businesses so some exciting well known customers to get to sell to, and possibly products to sample.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing and vibrant as a Sales Consultant. In this role you are ultimately responsible for achieving sales quotas by growing and closing your sales pipeline, that is build from warm leads our marketing team have given you – there are no cold calls made here! With our integration with Xero, we have more leads than our current team can process, so we need more hands on deck.

 

Your quota will be primarily set and measured on the value of new sales you achieve. Based in Takapuna (close to the beach), you will work with a growing, motivated team of like-minded people all focused on executing the amazing opportunity presented in the Australian market; therefore you will need to be able to work 10am-7pm, prefer Vegemite over Marmite and maybe even know your Neighbours from your Home & Away. 

What you'll get to do!

  • Qualify all new Inbound enquiries and leads from businesses who are interested in our solution
  • Position and arrange scopes with business owners and stakeholders to decipher and demonstrate whether Unleashed is a good fit for their requirements, and articulate what they will be able to achieve going forward with our solution
  • Arrange and conduct presentations that demonstrate what 'the future would look like' to key stakeholders in various departments (operations, finance, sales and management)
  • Be a part of regular sales coaching and training sessions to sharpen your skills. 
  • We will provide all the training you need on our product industry insights and tools to be successful.
  • Identify, develop and implement strategies for profitable sales growth

Our ideal candidate will have the following...

  • You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience selling to businesses / institutions, preferably in the technology sector
  • Prior experience in a finance, product selling, or an operational role within an SME would be advantageous
  • Great organisational and time management skills are essential
  • Experience with Salesforce advantageous
  • Excellent written and oral skills, being able to listen actively and articulate complex processes succinctly
  • Comfortable in presenting to small groups
  • Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and apply them to new situations
  • A sound knowledge and application of core consultative sales techniques
  • You are a self-motivated and collaborative team player, with a customer centric focus and the ability to build rapport over the phone with new customers.
