We are a software as a service (SaaS) based inventory management software that supports small to medium sized businesses globally. Recognised as the industry leader in inventory management, we have picked up many accolades, including winning Xero UK industry specific application partner of the year in 2017 and just recently at this years Westpac Business Awards winning Excellence in Customer Service Delivery.
It is in this very same Customer Service team that we are now looking for someone who truly understands the importance of a great customer experience and is well practiced in consulting, software implementation or account management in a SaaS environment. You'll be a people person with personality plus and know how to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
Our headquarters is in New Zealand, and we have a strong foothold in the UK market and rapid growth in other regions. With a joint customer and product excellence focus, we expect to maintain 50% year on year revenue growth, and need someone who can be responsible for ensuring we have done everything we can to exceed customer expectations throughout the customer lifecycle. This is achieved through a mix of proactive support, on-boarding, account management and providing feedback from customers to the product team.
