Unleashed Software (that’s us) has recently celebrated 9 years in business. We are a software as a service (Saas) based inventory management software that supports small to medium sized businesses globally and we've been fortunate enough to pick up some fabulous accolades over the years including being finalists for Employer of the year and winning Excellence in Customer Service Delivery at this year’s Westpac Business Awards.

We are looking for ambitious people to join our New Zealand inbound sales team. You will have sales experience, and are keen to join this awesome profession in one of New Zealand’s fastest growing industries, smash targets, and have the opportunity to earn a substantial uncapped income.

You will be working with lots of qualified leads that have been pre-qualified by our friends in the marketing team, and you’ll be a key player in the sales team, helping us reach our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

As an Unleashed sales person, you can look forward to:

We’ll help you: 

  • Receive in-depth sales and product training, including role playing, side-by-side live call handling and continued on-the-job training and coaching.

  • Learning about our core platform and providing a great solution for our clients.

  • Understand our platform, how to unlock value for companies, and how to uncover their needs.

  • Give you a start in the most exciting industry in New Zealand

You’re a person who (required skills):

  • Is passionate, committed  and have a hunger and drive to be successful.

  • Is committed to teamwork.

  • Is naturally curious, with the ability to engage with people and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections.

  • Is comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

  • Is comfortable with ongoing change in a fast paced industry.

  • Is a quick learner with an interest in technology and learning new technologies. Is self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.

  • Has strong decision making and problem solving skills.

In short, you’ll also be comfortable conducting online demonstrations, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales (in other words, you get a kick out of talking to new people).
